Data Deletion Request and Confirmation Status

타마렐(Tamarel)에 저장된 소셜 계정 연동 정보를 지우는 방법을 안내합니다. 인스타그램 연동에서 저희가 보관하는 것은 계정 식별 정보와 접근 토큰, 이용자가 요청한 게시 내용뿐입니다. 아래 네 가지 방법 가운데 편하신 것을 고르시면 됩니다. 인스타그램을 통해 삭제를 요청하셨다면 돌려받으신 링크의 확인 코드로 처리 결과를 이 페이지에서 조회하실 수 있습니다.

This page explains how to delete the social account data Tamarel stores, and how to check the status of a deletion request. For the Instagram integration the only data we hold is the connected account identity, the access token, and the contents of publishing requests the user submitted. If you were sent here from Instagram with a confirmation code in the link, the status of that request is shown at the top of this page.

삭제하는 방법How to delete your data from Tamarel

1. 서비스 안에서 연결 해제하기서비스에 로그인해 쇼츠 화면에서 연결 해제를 누르면 저장된 토큰과 계정 정보가 그 자리에서 지워집니다. In the service. Sign in to Tamarel, open the Shorts screen, and click Disconnect. The stored access token and connected account information are deleted immediately.

저장하는 정보와 지우는 시점What we store and when it is deleted

• 계정 식별 정보(사용자 ID, 사용자 이름, 계정 유형)와 액세스 토큰은 연결이 유지되는 동안만 암호화해 보관하고, 연결 해제나 권한 회수, 삭제 요청, 회원 탈퇴 때 곧바로 없앱니다. Account identity (user ID, username, account type) and the access token are stored encrypted only while the connection is active, and are deleted immediately on disconnection, revocation, a deletion request, or account closure.
• 게시 요청 내용(영상 파일과 문구)은 요청하신 게시에만 쓰며, 게시가 진행되는 동안 기록하는 처리 식별자는 게시가 끝나면 지웁니다. 영상과 문구는 다시 쓰실 수 있도록 작업 보관함에 남고, 작업을 지우고 휴지통을 비우시면 함께 없앱니다. • 이미 인스타그램에 올라간 게시물은 인스타그램 앱에서 직접 지워 주셔야 합니다. 저희는 게시물을 지울 권한을 갖고 있지 않습니다. Posts already published on Instagram must be deleted by you in the Instagram app. Tamarel has no permission to delete posts on your behalf.
